Connie Lee Yoke Kwan is one of the founding members of MSCM, and had served the Society in various capacities since its inception on 24th June, 2009. Currently she is the Honorary Secretary. 

She strongly believes that complementary and traditional medicine will play a significant role in providing holistic and comprehensive healthcare options for the people of Malaysia and T&CM will also complement the main stream medical care.

Connie’s background is in Medical Qigong, she co-founded Wellness Medical Qigong alongside with Grand Master Tan Soo Kong. She is also certified by JPK (Department of Skills Development) as Vocational Training Officer, Facilitator for development of SKM courses and PPT-PPL officer.

Michelle Fong

Council Member

Madam Michelle Fong has been serving as a Council Member since 2009. She is the Chapter Leader of Natural Hormone Balancing Therapy. 

She has completed the Board Certification in Advanced Hormone Therapy, certified by an international medical and scientific organization, the International Hormone Society.  She has obtained certification as an International Certified Solution Focused Coach from CCPC Global. She is also certified by CAEP as a Health Management Practitioner Trainer.

She is deeply passionate about providing hormone education.      

She is regularly featured in media. Additionally, she has conducted numerous health talks and workshops within the community. These efforts aim to increase public awareness about the significance of hormone balance and the various methods available for achieving it naturally.

Presently, she is an enthusiastic practitioner and advocate for a wholesome lifestyle, integrating the principles of Ayurveda and Yoga. She is also actively engaged in these pursuits at Arogya Ayur.

Madam Yeap hold the role of a committee member and am a founding contributor to the inception of MSCT (now recognized as MSCM) back in 1990. She wishes to extend her sincerest appreciation to Dr. Arvin, Connie, and the entire team, whose unwavering dedication has nurtured and fortified this association.

Witnessing the remarkable growth of this association under their leadership is truly heartening. Our collective mission revolves around aiding, bolstering, and inspiring practitioners, empowering them to apply their curative talents in aiding individuals grappling with health afflictions.

TOMMY CHAN JUN HENG

Mr. Tommy is an experienced psychologist and trainer when it comes to conducting counseling, corporate training, workshop, individual and group therapy sessions for adults. With his knowledge in conducting psychometric tests such as the Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Adults (WAIS-IV), Mr.

Tommy has made the assessments in various individual clinical sessions for patients with learning disabilities, work-related stress, mood disorders, insomnia, and substance-related issues. He has also conducted group clinical sessions and stress management training for various organizations.

Furthermore, as a member of the Employees Assistant Professionals in the Malaysian Association for Psychotherapy, Mr. Tommy has been the manager for multiple Employee Assisted Programs for the Japanese Tobacco International (JTI), Hartalega NGC, Appspace (M) Sdn Bhd, Golar Management Malaysia Sdn Bhd, Toyota Capital Malaysia Sdn Bhd and Bank Negara Malaysia. He has also represented International Psychology Center in giving talk, presentations to a diverse range of clients including professional societies, corporate clients, and NGOs such as S P Setia, Tadika Seri Soka and Accenture Solutions Sdn Bhd

Besides his clinical experience, Mr. Tommy has also prepared many clinical reports to be used in professional settings.
